Accredited Investor Opportunities

We offer "accredited investors" the opportunity to co-invest on the same terms alongside Dunton and its investors in private equity transactions we originate. Investors will own equity directly in each investment opportunity rather than through a "blind pool fund". Investors only commit funds once they decide to participate in an investment opportunity presented by Dunton. Therefore, there are no "mandatory" capital calls. Small minimum capital investments permit investors an opportunity to co-invest in private equity transactions typically available only to institutions and very high net worth individuals. Transaction and monitoring fees to be received by Dunton for completed transactions will be fully disclosed to investors prior to their commitment to fund.
